The price is THB 7,250,000. This includes ALL fees regarding the transfer of ownership. There are no hidden costs. Serious bids are considered. Fixed price in in a foreign currency can be agrees upon.

The common fee in the condo building is only THB 7,000 per year. This covers everything regarding outside maintenance, such as gardening, daily pool maintenance, all common areas and 24hr security.
